- 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye thinly sliced
- 1 20 oz package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1½ cups shredded provolone cheese or mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
