- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

- Prep the steak: Pat steak pieces dry with a paper towel. Season generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. 
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering. 
- Sear the steak bites in batches (don’t overcrowd the pan), cooking each side for 1–2 minutes until browned and crisp. Transfer to a plate. 
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 
- Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. 
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

For extra flavor, use a splash of lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce in the butter.
