- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Ingredients: If using fresh potatoes, peel and dice them into small cubes. If using frozen hash browns, no need to thaw.
Cook Kielbasa: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the kielbasa slices until browned and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Mix Casserole Filling: In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
