  • 2 large tortillas flour or whole wheat

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons optional, for added crunch
  • Freshly cracked black pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
  • If the chicken is not already cooked, season with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil, and grill or pan-fry until fully cooked. Allow it to cool slightly, then slice or shred.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing onto each tortilla.
  • Divide the chicken evenly between the two tortillas and place it in the center.
  • Top with chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons, if using. Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper for extra flavor.
  • Wrap and Serve:
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  • Slice the wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.
