- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 20 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese optional, for garnish

Brown the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it into small pieces. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
