- ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tsp unflavored gelatin optional, for extra firmness
- 2 tbsp water to dissolve gelatin
- For Garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Lime slices
- Crushed graham crackers

Prepare the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
Refrigerate while making the filling.

In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in warm water (optional).
