  • 5 large eggs

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled (or sausage, ham)
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat and Prepare the Dough
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing the seams together to form a crust.
  • Prebake the Crust
  • Bake the crescent roll crust for 5 minutes to prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Prepare the Eggs
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set but slightly soft (they will finish cooking in the oven).
  • Assemble the Pizza
  • Sprinkle half of the cheese over the slightly baked crust.
  • Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the crust.
  • Add cooked bacon (or sausage/ham), bell peppers, and green onions.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake and Serve
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes
