  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ head green cabbage chopped
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for spice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brown the Beef
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  • Add diced onion and garlic, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Cook the Cabbage
  • Stir in the chopped cabbage, cooking for 5 minutes until slightly wilted.
  • Add Seasonings And Simmer
  • Pour in the diced tomatoes (with juices) and beef broth.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Stir well, cover, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  • Serve And Enjoy
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!

  • Make it Low-Carb/Keto? Skip the tomatoes and reduce the onions.
