  • 1 large avocado diced
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for a healthier option
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika optional, for extra flavor
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro optional but recommended!
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for grilling the burritos

Instructions
 

  • Make the Filling
  • In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cilantro. Stir until well combined.
  • Assemble the Burritos
  • Lay a tortilla flat and spoon ¼ of the filling into the center.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Grill for Extra Crispiness (Optional)
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Brush each burrito with a little butter or olive oil and place seam-side down.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve And Enjoy
  • Slice in half and serve with extra ranch, salsa, or guacamole.
