- 1 onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced (red or green)
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15 oz can black beans or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup beef broth
- Spices And Seasonings:
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Add ground beef and sausage, breaking them up with a spoon. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
Drain excess fat if necessary.
Sauté the Vegetables:
Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the pot. Cook until softened (3-4 minutes).

Stir in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
