- 8 oz linguine spaghetti, or penne
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for spice
- For the Shrimp And Sauce:
- 1 lb shrimp peeled And deveined
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ¼ cup white wine or chicken broth
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 30 seconds.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Pour in white wine (or broth) and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in butter, lemon juice, and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
Step 4: Combine And Serve
Add cooked pasta and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss well to coat.
If needed, add reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
