  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • For Serving:
  • Marinara sauce for dipping
  • Grated Parmesan & chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prep the Breading Stations
  • In one shallow bowl, add flour.
  • In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.
  • Step 2: Coat the Ravioli
  • Dip each ravioli into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Step 3: Fry Until Golden
  • Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry ravioli in batches for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Step 4: Serve And Enjoy!
  • Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • Air Fryer Option? Spray coated ravioli with oil and air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Oven-Baked Version? Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes, turning once.
  • Want it extra crispy? Double coat the ravioli in egg and breadcrumbs.
