  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3.4 oz box instant banana pudding mix
  • ¾ cup cold milk
  • 1 large banana mashed
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
  • 1 banana sliced (for garnish)
  • Crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers optional, for topping

  • Step 1: Prepare the Crust
  • Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  • Press firmly into the baking dish to form a crust.
  • Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  • Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Gently mix in the mashed banana.
  • Step 3: Assemble And Chill
  • Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust.
  • Top with whipped topping and smooth it out.
  • Cover and chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
  • Step 4: Serve And Garnish
  • Slice into bars and garnish with banana slices and crushed graham crackers.
