Spread this mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.

Evenly distribute the steak and veggie mixture over the bread.
Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese on top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
Serve with ranch dressing, garlic butter, or marinara sauce on the side.
