- 1 12- inch pizza crust store-bought, pre-baked or homemade
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil divided
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Bruschetta Topping:
- 2 –3 Roma tomatoes diced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional Garnish:
- Extra basil leaves
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Balsamic glaze drizzle

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush over the pizza crust.
Sprinkle crust with mozzarella cheese, then top with chicken.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
While baking, mix together all ingredients for the bruschetta topping in a bowl.
Remove pizza from oven, top with the bruschetta mixture. Garnish with basil, Parmesan, or a balsamic drizzle if desired.
Slice and serve immediately!
