Prepare Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear Chicken:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter, then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add Italian seasoning, thyme, and rosemary.
Add Liquids:
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine:
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to absorb flavor.
