  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 ripe avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped green onions or chives
  • For the Wraps:
  • 8 large butter lettuce leaves or romaine hearts
  • Optional toppings: extra bacon bits avocado slices, or a drizzle of ranch

  • Make the Chicken Salad
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and diced avocado.
  • Add Dressing
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayo (or yogurt), lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken mix and gently stir until everything is coated.
  • Assemble the Wraps
  • Lay out clean lettuce leaves and scoop a generous spoonful of the chicken salad into each. Top with extra bacon or avocado if desired.
  • Serve
  • Enjoy immediately or chill the salad for 30 minutes before assembling for a refreshing cold wrap.
