  • Prep noodles: Pat spiralized zucchini dry with a paper towel to reduce excess moisture.
  • Make Alfredo sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and cream cheese (if using). Stir until smooth.
  • Cook noodles: Add zucchini noodles and toss to coat. Cook for 2–3 minutes, just until tender (don’t overcook).
  • Season and serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
