  • Mix ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together almond butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder (if using), sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Portion into molds: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  • Add toppings (optional): Sprinkle chopped almonds, coconut, or chocolate chips on top.
  • Chill: Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Store: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Eat chilled.

Notes

  • Make it nut-free by substituting sunflower seed butter.
