- 1 lb 450g ground turkey
- ¼ cup almond flour or breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan optional
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil for searing
- For the Zoodles:
- 3 –4 medium zucchini spiralized
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt to taste
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes Parmesan, or fresh basil

Make the meatballs
In a bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until well combined. Form into 1.5-inch balls (about 16–18 meatballs).
Cook the meatballs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Cover and cook 5–7 more minutes until fully cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C). Remove and set aside.
Prepare the zoodles
In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté briefly, then toss in zucchini noodles. Cook for 2–3 minutes until just tender. Season lightly.
Serve
Plate zoodles with meatballs on top. Garnish with Parmesan, basil, or chili flakes if desired.
