Cook the meat
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat sesame oil. Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add aromatics
Stir in diced onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Add the veggies
Add coleslaw mix to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but not mushy.
Season and finish
