- 1 cup cooked broccoli chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Filling
In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Butterfly Chicken
Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast (don’t cut all the way through).
Stuff each breast with 2–3 tablespoons of the broccoli-cheese mixture.
Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear stuffed chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
Bake
Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).
Rest & Serve
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted veggies or salad.
